Judy Decker, Customer Service Manager
Welcome to the Customer Service Department of Mission Valley Power's Web Site
Our department has several functions. The most common is receipting your payments and answering questions regarding your bill. Customer Service is constantly doing the paperwork to move people in and out of residences and/or businesses. Customers can sign up for budget billing or credit card payments with the Customer Service staff. There are seven people who perform these duties for approximately 16,000 customers.
The MVP newsletter, Power Notes, is created and written by one of our talented staff. Our goal is to keep our customers informed about utility concerns and acquaint you with the different departments within Mission Valley Power.
Customer Service creates MVP's radio ads. You may have heard them on KQRK/KERR, our local channel. There are usually two different messages that are rotated during the day. The messages routinely get changed to give our customers safety advice and tips. The voices you hear are Mission Valley Power's own employees.
It is a pleasure to hear from our customers. Customer Service responds to your concerns you may write about on the back of your bill stub. It's nice to hear the nice things about Mission Valley Power as well as the concerns. Thank you to those who take the time to let us know you appreciate the service.
