Mission Valley Power reads meters once a month for the entire service area.  Most questions concerning your bill can be answered by contacting the Customer Service Department.  Should they be unable to answer your questions or concerns, then the Billing Department can give you further assistance.

In an effort to become more efficient, we have made every effort to combine bills when customers have more than one account to cut down on printing and mailing costs.  During FY04, we mailed about 190,000 bills at a cost of about $120,000.00, which includes printing, envelopes, postage and labor.  (if you have more than one account, and are interested in having your bills combined into one statement, please contact our billing department at 883-7912, or 675-7900, ext 7912.)

The Meter Readers are also a part of the Billing Department, so if you have questions or concerns for or about them please contact 883-7914 or 675-7900, ext. 7914.
